As a key academic position in the field of Small business and its development, Small Enterprise Research is dedicated to advancing the understanding of the important role and influence of small businesses in the global economy. The broad range of topics covered by the journal reflects the diversity and complexity of small businesses in different industry and regional Settings.
In particular, the journal highlights the active role of small businesses in the innovation process, exploring how they adapt to market changes and consumer needs through innovations in technology, products, services or business models. At the same time, the journal also focuses on the strategic planning of small businesses, including how to develop effective growth plans, competitive strategies and market positioning. It also focuses on the adaptability and flexibility of small enterprises in the macro environment of globalization, technological change and policy adjustment. The journal encourages research from different disciplines, including economics, management, sociology, and psychology, in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of small business development from multiple perspectives.
