Mineral Economics is an international academic journal that brings together research from a variety of disciplines including economics, management, environmental science and policy analysis. The journal is dedicated to exploring in depth the development, use, management and policymaking of mineral resources and the economic, social, environmental and political implications of these activities.

The journal covers key topics such as mineral resource pricing, market structure, resource allocation, property rights, resource taxation and fiscal policy.
