The Trust & Trustee Magazine is a professional magazine focused on the trust industry and the role of trustees. It may cover the legal, administrative and practical aspects of trust business, providing a platform for in-depth discussion and exchange among professionals in the trust industry. The content of the journal may also include a comparative study of the external responsibility of the trustee in the trust system, exploring the centrality of the trustee in the legal relationship of the trust and its impact on the legitimate interests of the beneficiaries. At the same time, the magazine may review the development of the trust system and trustee culture, from the usufruct system in the 14th century to the formation of the modern trust system, as well as the development and practice of trust culture in China.

The magazine may pay special attention to the new classification and norms of trust business, such as the notice issued by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on standardizing the classification of trust business of trust companies, which shows the regulator's efforts to conduct detailed management and supervision of trust business.
