一、邀請外國人單次短期入境規定及材料

(一)邀請外國人規定:

(1)G類簽證(1或3個月1次)

(2)填寫《邀請外國人來華申請表》(可在舟山市外僑辦網站首頁表格下載中下載，務必打印)，來華申請表上要有法人或涉外分管領導簽字。

(二)被邀請外國人提供材料

(1)被邀請人護照及海員證，護照信息頁及來華簽證頁信息(有效期內，復印件務必清晰) 復印件;

(2)被邀請人單位營業執照 復印件;

(3)被邀請人與所在單位的在職證明或勞動合同 復印件;

(4)被邀請人最近一次來華簽證記錄及出入境章頁的 復印件;

(5)被邀請人不在其國籍國，需要在所在國家辦理簽證，需提供所在國的居留許可證或政府部門頒發的相關工作證件。

(三)邀請單位提供材料

(1)首次辦理的邀請單位需提供本單位的營業執照原件和復印件。

(2)《邀請外國人來華申請表》

上述材料報送市外僑辦、各縣(區)外僑辦各1份。

二. 被邀請外國人多次入境規定及材料:

(一)邀請外國人規定

(1)M或F類簽證(6個月1/2/多次):

(2)填寫《邀請外國人來華申請表》(可在舟山市外僑辦網站首頁表格下載中下載，務必打印)，來華申請表上要有法人或涉外分管領導簽字。

(二)被邀請外國人提供材料

(1)被邀請人護照及海員證，護照信息頁及來華簽證頁信息(有效期內，復印件務必清晰) 復印件;

(2)被邀請人單位營業執照 復印件;

(3)被邀請人與所在單位的在職證明或勞動合同;

(4)被邀請人最近一次來華簽證記錄及出入境章頁的復印件;
