寬容是對國家、對社會的責任感。寬容者心懷天下，以一天下之心而為天下之事。于兵馬亂世，他們挺身而出，安定四方;處太平盛世，他們“先天下之憂而憂，后天下之樂而樂”。在寬容者心中，不僅有人、朋友，更多的是國家、是民族、是天下蒼生。他們可以“為中華之崛起而讀書”，可以“指點江山，激揚文字”，可以“捐軀赴國難，視死忽如歸”!試問倘無司馬遷為天下修史之決心，何來“無韻之離騷”?又試問倘無千萬革命先輩胸懷天下的赤子之心，何來今天的共和國?他們都是歷史的強者，在他們身上都閃耀著一種光芒――寬容。

寬容還是對優秀多元思想的兼容并包。“大海不擇細流，方能就其深;泰山不讓土壤，故能成其大。”勇于包容他人的思想，博采眾長，也是一種寬容。正因唐太宗能虛心接受魏徵的諫言，才成就一代明君。唐王朝始終以一種大國氣度容納天下，才為世界所敬服;而反觀明清二朝，卻嚴令禁海，閉關鎖國，枉稱大國，而無大國之氣度，終將中國拉入了落后的深淵，釀成中國難以回首的百年恥辱，讀史當明理，作為我們，要以史為鑒，志存高遠，萬不可因一時得失而迷失自我。

人常言：“比大地廣闊的是海洋，比海洋廣闊的是天空，比天空廣闊的是人的胸懷。”在中學時代，我們不僅要努力學習知識，還要學做人，學做一個寬容的人;從不因一時意氣斤斤計較，而是嚴以律已，寬以待人，與人為善，團結奮進。

多情自古傷離別，我們告別了短暫而美好的高一上學期，我們經歷了離別時的不舍與辛酸，我們又走進了一個異性陌路的新班級，面對此景，同學之間的交往是否會有些遲疑呢?班級的凝聚力是否不夠呢?我想是的，人都是有感情的，每當我們想起了昔日一起學習與生活的朋友時，總會有一種傷感。

天下沒有不散的宴席，與其回憶過去，不如抓住現在，我們需要團結起來，去取得更加輝煌的成就，在上周學校組織的拓展活動中，我受益匪淺，聞到了新的班級氣息，看到了班級的新的潛力股，同學們紛紛建言獻策，給我感受最深的是在第二個活動中，我們班的同學起初一盤散沙，第一次失敗讓我們有了一些教訓，必須團結協作我們成功了，每個人的'臉上都露出了笑容。.緊接著，我們又進行了第三個項目：“自由飛翔”，我們似乎真的蛻變成一只展翅翱翔的雄鷹，搏擊長空，我們又成功了。每一次項目的合作，

可能有人說是堅強，是追求，是前進，他是所有的良善之詞，但是卻無法給它一個完整的定義，那么今天就由我來說一下我的理解吧。正能量他代表著人生一種積極的向上姿態，如果說生命是一座莊嚴的城堡，如果說生命是一株蒼茂的大樹，如果說生命是一只飛翔的海鳥。那么，正能量就是那穹頂的梁柱，就是那深扎的樹根，就是那扇動的翅膀。沒有正能量，生命的動力便蕩然無存;沒有正能量，生命的美麗便杳然西去。

對于我們少年來說，什么又是屬于我們的正能量呢?我們正青春，擁有無限的潛力，擁有無限的正能量。作為一名學生，傳遞正能量的首要表現恐怕就是學習了，用自己對學習的熱情，感染身邊的同學，為老師為父母帶來一份安慰，為自己博一個前程。我們更是社會的一員，為社會傳遞正能量更是我們責無旁貸的責任了，扶老奶奶過馬路傳遞愛心，把垃圾撿到垃圾桶保護我們的家園，對給自己盛飯的阿姨說一聲謝謝，雖然微小，但足以溫暖人心。所以，傳遞正能量，千萬不要“勿以量小而不為”，正能量本身就是小力量的集聚，改變整個社會。

在《因為痛，所以叫青春》這本書了，作者有個很妙的比喻，假如人能活到八十歲，與一天的二十四小時做比例，再拿現在自己的年齡與一天的二十四小時做比例，就能得出十七歲的我們正處在早上的五點二十分!對于我們的一天來說，正是積蓄力量的睡眠時間!同樣對于人生來說，我們正青春!這樣充滿活力，充滿潛力的我們不是正能量最好的傳播載體嗎?我們享受正能量帶給我們的鼓舞，振奮與幸福，又怎么能不加入成為傳遞的一員呢?只有正青春的我們的加入，才能給這支大軍注入新鮮的血液，使它激情四射。

難忘記，當上村官兒的那個日子。20_年9月27號。這一天，我正式成為了一名工作人員，一名服務農村的工作人員，一名大學生村官兒。就像20_年6月8號我正式成為一名黨員的那天一樣，我激動，我興奮，我驕傲。

難忘記，老百姓那高興的眼神。在鎮財政所，我主要的工作是審核家電下鄉的信息，老百姓每買一臺家電，就有一份單子需要經過我的手進行審核。雖然每天的工作比較單調，但是審核的單子越多，就越說明老百姓們生活變好了，國家家電下鄉的惠民政策落實了。老百姓那高興的眼神，是我了解國家惠民政策的力量源泉，是我認真審核每一份單子的精神食糧，是我回訪每位購買者的不竭動力!這幾年國家的政策都在向三農傾斜，每項惠民政策能不能落實好，能不能讓老百姓都受益，多思利民之策、多謀為民之舉、多做惠民之事，是我們每個基層工作者都應該思考的問題。這讓我更多的感覺到了身上的一份責任，一份使命——為人民服務的使命!

難忘記，基層工作者的默默奉獻。在秋收防火工作的一線，晝夜巡防在田間地頭，兩三天才能回一次家;在十維穩工作期間，20多天沒能回家。這些工作，看似沒有什么技術含量可言，但它需要一份責任心，一份對待工作的認真態度;這些工作，從一開始的新鮮感到后來的疲憊，我真切體會到凡事想要做好都不容易;這些工作，只是基層工作的任務縮影，真所謂“不識廬山真面目, 只緣身在此山中”，我真切體會到基層工作者的不容易。20多天不能回家，對于我們新來的沒有什么家庭負擔的一群人，幾乎沒有什么大不了，可是想想周圍的領導、大哥大姐們，他們上有老、下有小，但我從來沒有聽到他們有任何一句的抱怨，沒有看到他們有一絲的工作懈怠。他們帶著強烈的責任心，抱著認真負責的工作態度，日夜奮戰、無怨無悔。這種精神，在悄無聲息的感化著我，這種精神，在慢慢的注入我的骨髓。有這樣一群有干勁的領導和同事，我相信，在他們的影響下、幫助下，不管再苦再累的工作，我同樣可以像他們一樣努力的做到最好!

難忘記，轉變身份后的渴望。從一個學生跨步到一名工作者，身份的轉變，我沒有不適應，更多的是對各種工作的好奇，更多的是在想我能做多少，我能把自己的工作做到有多好，年輕人都渴望得到別人的認可，渴望得到他人的肯定，我也一樣!我從小就想做個對他人有意義的人，從小學到大學接受的教育就是做個對社會有用的人，對國家有用的人，對他人有用的人。我希望看到別人對我投來信任的眼神，希望看到我帶給他人多多的歡樂!

難忘記，選擇工作的糾結判定。我大學學的是計算機科學與技術專業，目前這是一個熱門的專業，也是一個容易找到一份收入不錯工作的專業。但當北京工作的通知和大學生村官的通知同時出現在我的面前時，我猶豫了，是去北京拿一個月四千的工作并且半年后提升項目組長的機會，還是去當這個只有三年合同一個月1700塊錢并且我所學的技術大部分都會無用武之地村官。因為有選擇，我糾結了好多天，想了很多，到底什么才是我想要的。最終我選擇了來到這里，選擇了自己的家鄉，選擇了做一名基層的服務人員。因為在我的內心深處總有一種聲音在回蕩，那就是，我是一名黨員，應該扎根基層，應該去為人民服務。那就是，我是一名從農村走出來的大學生，應該將自己的所有精力奉獻回饋在農村。那就是，我有著家鄉的情節，這里是我的家!還記得第一天從鎮上的宿舍里醒來時睜開眼看到窗外的一片田地，聽到鳥兒們在外面唧唧喳喳的叫聲，深呼吸聞到一陣陣鄉土的氣息。心敞亮了，笑開心了，那時我便肯定的知道了我的選擇是正確的。我相信，在這里我一樣可以展現自我的價值，一樣可以有一個無悔的青春!

我今天演講的主題是“如果你完成了你開始的，你就會成功”。古希臘著名哲學家蘇格拉底曾是一名中學教師。一天，他對全班同學說，讓我們玩握手游戲吧。這個游戲很簡單，很難向前握手三百次，然后向后握手三百次，但是每天都要這樣做。學生們說這個游戲很簡單，可以做得很好。一周后，蘇格拉底問全班同學游戲進行得怎么樣。學生們都舉起手來。一個月后，當蘇格拉底再次做統計時，全班90%的學生仍在做。一年后，當蘇格拉底再次向全班講話時，只有一名學生舉手。亞里士多德在他的學習和生活中，憑著這種堅韌不拔的精神，自覺地運用自己的意志，最終在哲學領域取得了前所未有的成就，他的哲學思想仍然散發著智慧的光芒。
